Close on his heels, Hortencia Aliaga of the Garden State Track Club finished second overall and was the first woman to cross the finish line, clocking in at 20:46. Aliaga's strong performance underscored her competitive spirit and solidified her reputation as a top Master's runner in North Jersey.
